Shayna Texter - Dallas Half Mile - September, 2020

Still searching for grip at Dallas Half Mile

Editor General News

Shayna headed into the Dallas event hopeful to be able to repeat the win in Texas last year. The American Flat Track event took place at Devils Bowl Speedway in Mesquite Texas, a very unique and tricky track. Shayna was fast at times but struggled to find grip and a bike setting to allow her to ride to her full potential. A frustrating event ended with Shayna finishing well beneath her expectations.

The Red Bull KTM team stayed after the event and tested all day Sunday on the same track. Shayna feels that the test was beneficial and should help her as we head to Atlanta next weekend.
